Relationship Officer
A leading homeless charity are recruiting a Relationship Officer to support the new business effort through corporate account management and enhancing major donor relationships. You will be required to provide associated services to support individual and corporate activities including event management, identifying volunteering opportunities and implementing payroll giving.
Duties
Identifying all activities and services required to support corporate relationships
Devising and implement a contact strategy for major donors and corporates
Delivering various fundraising techniques including events, payroll giving, volunteering, major giving and community
Supporting activities being driven by the new business team
Responding to any duties as outlined by the Relationship Manager
Essential
Good face-to-face relationship management
Delivery of fundraising services
Business Analysis - able to interrogate and interpret data and produce meaningful information that will inform business decisions
IT systems - Excel, Access, statistical analysis software
Experience of cross-organisational working to support organisational needs
