An excellent opportunity has arisen working for our client, a Local Authority based in South West London. They are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Officers to provide support and advice within the Repairs Team.
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
• Previous experience of working for either a Local Authority or Housing Association • Call centre or Telesales experience • Excellent Communication skills • Good experience providing advice on the telephone and face to face to tenants with queries relating to their rent, leasehold, repairs and maintenance.
This would be a great role for someone wanting to progress their career within the Public Sector - especially within the Housing Market.
