An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a large health charity as a Response Handling Executive.
You will be responsible for data capturing and processing non-standard off line financial donations and associated correspondence and ensuring a prompt and appropriate acknowledgement with the aim of developing deeper relationships that realise the full potential of our supporters.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of customer care principles and best practice, proven experience of working in a customer service environment, including communicating with customers in writing and the ability to investigate and resolve complex queries.
Located in a desirable location of North West London.
