SAP Order to Cash Designer is – 6 Months – London/Vauxhall – MPS Clearance required
Role Own the Design for Order to Cash Processes & Order to Cash Reporting for SAP on behalf of the business. Ensures 3rd party developments are developed according to business requirements. Gives direction to Projects which may impact the SAP Order to Cash Processes & Order to Cash Reporting; making recommendations to minimize business impact. Provide input to training team where training programmes may be required. Ongoing SAP Order to Cash Processes and Order to Cash Reporting Improvements. Engage and support as appropriate future SAP Order to Cash projects and initiatives.
Essential 5+ years delivering SAP projects/programmes. 5+ year's extensive configuration knowledge of the SAP Modules (SD, MM, FI, AP, WM, Workflow, Security). Expert knowledge of SAP – at least 5+ years experience including the latest releases of … ERP 2005 ECC6 BI 7 Have undertaken business process reviews/process modelling and the relevant process flows / description documentation. Understanding both the business needs and system capabilities. 5+ years experience Warehouse and Order fulfilment processes. 5+ years SAP Order to Cash Process experience and Business Process (end to end) experience. 5+ years working in change control management and have worked in a controlled environment. 5+ years in managing suppliers, internal and external customer relationships and expectations. Development / delivery of Order to Cash prototype demonstrations. Knowledge of UK Order to Cash statutory requirements and external governing bodies, where applicable. Experience of working in SAP controlled path to production (post go-live) environment. Understanding of main non-SAP tools in the current market place. Experience of managing SAP through systems audit. Managed a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills. Methodical and structured approach. Ability to deliver to tight timescales.
Desirable: Previous experience of working with the MPS MPS security cleared. Ability to recognise issues, managing forward until issues are closed. Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Driven/Decisive personality. Clearly and concisely present findings and make recommendations. Ability to develop a rapport with people. Ensure that Customers (business) needs are balanced against the long-term strategic vision of MPS. Maintain a high level understanding of MPS's strategy. Understand the MPS long-term picture.
