London Borough of Harrow is looking for a SIMS Support Assistant for a long term contract.
Based in the e.MIS Team within Performance & Data Services, the post holder will log all incoming calls onto an electronic database. Additionally the post holder will provide some administration support to the e.MIS and EMS Teams.
You will provide a front line service to customers logging all telephone queries on the Callserver system. The post holder will ensure that information is accurate and detailed enough for the responder to identify the problems
You will monitor the list of logged calls to ensure that they are followed and undertake clerical administration support to the e.MIS Team as required.
