Sales Manager
TLC Lottery has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their small team based in Birmingham.
TLC Lottery is an established charity that raises funds for three local organisations and other nominated good causes by running a weekly lottery.
The successful Sales Manager will assist the Lottery Manager in ensuring the growth of the charity through the recruitment, training and Management of a part time sales force, researching, identifying and planning a rolling programme of events and developing a strategic plan to expand the good cause initiative across local schools and businesses.
The Sales Manager will have a proven sales record, with experience of exceeding set targets, as well as experience of recruiting and supervising teams, be a confident public speaker with the ability to prepare reports and manage financial information.
This position will involve travel across the region and will require the post holder to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
