A Technical Architect is required to work for a government organisation in central London
Working within the Central Architecture team.
Work with Architects and Work streams to formulate and document high level Design working from architecture and business requirements.
Will require interaction with the customer and with project teams as well as Application partners.
Designs are required across the programme and will encompass both application and infrastructure disciplines.
Improve existing architectures as the solution develops.
Essential Skills
Documentation skills
Knowledge of Agile platform – project is based on Sun Solaris, Oracle, Business Objects and Tibco, but any skills will be considered
Security Clearance - This may be provided
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain architecture deliverables
Utilize Architecture Modelling techniques and tools
Apply Governance Principles
Work with Business to ensure designs meet their requirements.
Produce High Level designs
Personal Competencies
Good communication skills
Willingness to respond quickly to changes in project direction
