Eden Brown are currently recruiting for a Part Time Senior Anti Social Behaviour Officer for a social housing provider in the South Yorkshire area.
This vacancy is initially for an interim period however there is a very strong possibility that it will go permanent.
The purpose of the Senior Anti-Social Behaviour Officer's role is to lead the ASB Officers and manage the day to day service dealing with cases of ASB and community safety.
Key tasks will include:-
Leading, managing and developing staff members.
Plan and organise the activities and workloads for the ASB service.
Ensure all cases are monitored and that actions are correctly recorded.
Investigate all referred cases of antisocial behaviour and harassment fully and:-
Take witness statements.
Prepare time-based action plans for each case.
Provide effective witness support.
Liaise with external agencies on a case by case basis.
Compile evidence.
Prepare legal paperwork and attend court proceedings.
Candidates must have experience of dealing with Anti Social Behaviour, and a sound knowledge and understanding of housing related issues. Candidates will also have a track record of dealing with initiatives to tackle ASB.
Please note this is a Part Time contract 18.5 hrs per week - Monday to Wednesday.
