A well respected and established housing association based in East London is looking for a proven Senior Surveyor to manage and develop their team. This is a permanent position and a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
Duties will include:
Managing and developing a team of building surveyors.
Compiling programmes of works into contracts, and appointing suitable contractors.
Ensuring the association's tenants receive exceptional customer service.
Managing and supervising specialist services including part wall matters, disrepair cases and insurance claims.
You will need:
Previous staff management experience.
Experience of surveying within the social housing industry.
Ideally a technical qualification.
