My client, based in East London, is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor with a current CRB (this is non negotiable). Excellent rates paid for a 2 month contact. This is also an essential car user post.
Main purpose of the role:
To diagnose internal and external defects in our properties, specify works required and recommend appropriate approved Contractors to carry out programmes of work
Supervise the work of a small team of building surveyors
To manage programmes of work on behalf of the Association
To ensure that Contractors carry out work within contractual obligations
To liaise with Customers and Colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to property standards and service delivery.
