My Client currently has a fantastic opportunity for Senior Building Surveyor working for a Housing Association within East London
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
• Diagnose internal and external defects in our properties, specify works required and recommend appropriate approved ?Contractors to carry out programmes of work
• Supervise the work of a small team of building surveyors
• Manage programmes of work on behalf of the Association
• Ensure that Contractors carry out work within contractual obligations
• Liase with Customers and Colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to property standards and service delivery
• Act as an ambassador for the Housing Association, putting the Customer first
