Our client, a Global consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Cost manager for their Bristol office.
The successful candidate will work closely with the local team with a view to creating a local M&E team.
The duties of this position will include but not be limited to:
Successful delivery of projects for a number of Key Clients.
Production of feasibility estimates, detailed cost plans and tender documentation.
Providing procurement advice.
Critical appraisal of M&E scheme designs.
Value engineering
Benchmarking.
Cost analysis and reconciliation.
Post contract cost reporting and Final account negotiation.
The successful candidate will be aware of the latest legislation and its implications as well as the latest M&E innovations and sustainable design solutions. A number of projects run concurrently, so time management skills and management of junior resources is essential.
