? Perform Customer Finance Advisor duties, ensuring that all enquiries comply with Anchor?s policies and processes. ? Provide continuous systems, process and policy training to members of the team and act as a coach in sharing knowledge and improving personal performance. ? Assist the immediate manager with regular system and process quality checks and feed back to team members appropriately. ? Assist in measuring customer satisfaction, including call monitoring, organisation of mystery shopping exercises and satisfaction surveying ? Manage, prioritise and delegate workloads within the team, including data maintenance. ? Manage a process to maximise the potential of all enquiries ? Assist with coaching and training of team members by acting as a point of reference and sharing knowledge to improve personal performance. Other duties include: Maintain & produce accurate management information as required. Identify areas for improvement, ensuring any agreed changes are communicated to and adopted by team members. Investigate and take ownership of complaints, reporting findings to immediate manager. Maintain good working relationships with other operational staff through regular communication and promote good practice. Build and maintain a close working relationship with other senior advisors and operational managers to minimise issues and report on process improvements. Actively promote and work to instil Anchors culture and values. Provide regular feedback and support to immediate manager regarding team activities and progress. Ensure regular and consistent communication with the team. Undertake and contribute to ad hoc projects as required. Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
