A national disability charity based in North London is searching for a Senior Donor Development Manager! This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within a well-established team.
The Position:
Leading a team of three fundraisers, you will be responsible for maximising income from existing supporters through a wide-ranging programme of direct marketing activity and products, including warm appeals, committed giving and lottery.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
This is a senior role within the Individual Giving team with full budget holder responsibility. A strong strategic thinker with demonstrable experience in direct marketing, you will be confident planning and managing a busy communications programme, across a range of media. Excellent people management skills are required along with the ability to motivate and mentor your team to produce compelling creative work. Financial skills are also key, with experience in both setting and monitoring significant budgets as well as a proven track record in achieving financial targets.
