A Senior Housing Officer is required for our social housing client in Bridgewater. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsible for a team of Housing Officers, you will use all available resources to minimise rent arrears. This will include managing a caseload of complex and high-level rent arrears. You will also manage the work of the Housing Assistants, to ensure all Housing Officers receive the appropriate support.
You will take an active role in the development of your team, carrying out regular appraisals, identifying training needs and updating knowledge of legislation and best practise.
This is an excellent opportunity to continue your housing development in a role of real consequence. You must have previous experience in a similar setting, and be comfortable managing a new team.
