The Senior Java Developer should have demonstrable application development experience using Java and EJB's. Knowledge of Struts, JBoss, Flex, Flash, Hibernate, PHP, JavaScript, Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports is desirable but not essential.
Your role will be to take the lead role in rewriting their sizable VB6 and SQL Server application into Java (server side) and Flash/Flex (client side).
