We currently require a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the commissioning and management of major capital projects and capital annual programmes of work for an NHS Trust.
Other duties include developing policies and strategies for the implementation of capital annual programmes of work, (DDA Compliance, Fire Safety etc); undertaking surveys of estate assets and audits of systems in place to enable accurate and risk based investment plans and projects and managing project staff and external private consultant construction professionals.
Candidates should have a relevant professional qualification, significant experience in capital planning and experience in financial and project management.
