My client, a leading construction management consultancy are looking for a Senior Project Manager for their Bristol or Cardiff teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of projects, client liaison and management of the team. Workload comes from both Public and Private sectors and within the Health and Education sectors.
We are looking for candidates who:
Are APM qualified or equivalent
Have experience of project delivery in the Health and Education Sectors
Can demonstrate an in-depth working knowledge of Value and Risk Management, project finance, framework agreements, PFI/PPP agreements and supply chain management is desirable.
Have experience of working in a multi disciplinary environment.
