Due to an upturn in work my client is looking for Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol or Cardiff office teams.
The successful candidate will be working on a varied workload including both new build and refurbishments, up to a value of £300m. Work is procured on a Framework and traditional basis
The requirements for this role are:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong client facing skills.
MRICS chartered with at least 3 years PQE.
Recent relevant experience in the Healthcare sector.
Knowledge and understanding of the Framework process.
Recognisable technical ability, including computer literacy and operational skills.
A good depth of experience with responsibility or a specialisation.
The ability to deliver pre and post contract services.
