Our client an exciting Regulatory Body based in the South West is looking to appoint a Senior Service Delivery Manager to manage and develop staff within the registration unit and ensure the Unit's performance indicators and targets are met.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing strong leadership, direction and management to the customer focused team
- Ensuring that the teams performance, targets and outcomes are met
- Effectively and actively performance managing and developing team members including delivering training sessions to support ongoing staff training and development
- Leading in the development of the Registration Unit
- Undertaking project work to develop a clear proposition for dealing with the registration of charities
- Managing organisational change and build a customer ethos across the Unit
The key skills required for the Senior Service Delivery Manager are:
- Proven leadership and motivational experience
- Excellent all round communication experience
- A track record of successfully managing organisational change
- Previous experience in delivering key performance indicators and targets
- Dedication in delivering a high level of customer service
