Experienced Temporary Accommodation Officer is required for Long term contract in West London
To be responsible, in accordance with Council policy and statutory requirements, for the effective management of private leased properties and hostel units and other interim accommodation.
To achieve agreed performance targets in the letting and management of a number of units of temporary accommodation.
To take responsibility for the day to day allocation and management relating to Private Sector Leased and other schemes of temporary accommodation, and to maintain relationship with owners, landlords and agents and exercise individual responsibility and initiative carrying out the work as a team member.
Skills & Experience:
Ability to manage a portfolio of properties and to organise a workload logically to deliver a service
2 Years experience in Temporary Accommodation
Knowledge of welfare rights
