SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER c£38,500 + Benefits • Coventry*
For a complex offering such as the Diploma Aggregation Service, it is vital that standards, procedures and strategies are managed in a way that will determine its operation at a day-to-day level. You will assist in defining everything needed for us to operate efficiently, supporting the service in live operation and providing real-time management to suppliers and stakeholders.
You will develop and review all plans and proposals in line with the business requirements, and forecast their future operational needs. And by working with IT suppliers and the internal readiness team, you'll ensure that any problems or issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
You'll need an ITIL qualification alongside formal experience as a service manager. And thanks to your skills in the design and implementation of service management processes, you'll take motivation from working with a fledgling organisation at a time of great change. Ref: 115528
