Service Delivery Manager required to work in the defence sector, based in Salisbury, Wiltshire on a 6 month contract initially.
Some of the responsibilities for the role are:
• Monitor and maintain an Incident log for the relevant applications.
• Action any service calls attributed to the relevant applications.
• Monitor & Audit, User Accounts and Usage for the relevant applications.
• Investigate Feasibility, Cost & Timeframe of any Requests For Change (RFC) and ensure they are captured.
• Ensure any pertinent information regarding an application is conveyed to the User Community, via E-Mail, Website and Business Change Manager.
Candidates should have experience of:
• Must be qualified in ITIL Framework procedures to a minimum of Foundation Level.
• Must have good understanding IS technology, IS development methodologies.
• Must have an awareness of the PRINCE methodology.
• The candidate must be I.T. literate and skilled in the use of MS office applications.
• The candidate must have the ability to record work in suitable technical and documentary format with attention to detail and credibility in both technical and practical professional areas.
This role requires candidates have current and active security clearance to SC level (or above) or be willing to under go.
