A Housing Association based in Kent is looking to recruit a Service Development Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself within an expanding organisation whilst working within the Service Development team. Your role will involve providing a wide range of administrative support across several areas, including research, publicity, data input, report generation, complaints, co ordination of events/meetings and continuous improvement activities.
You will be:
•Assisting with the co-ordination of the policy reviews and frameworks •Co-ordinating the production of performance reviews •Updating the association's monitoring database •Assisting with marketing and communications •Establishing a library of housing related journals •Carrying out research on specific areas for the Association. •Helping with continuous improvement projects
Experience required:
•Word-processing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel application •Ability to work to deadlines •Good organisational skills •A good administrator •Ability to undertake directed research, and analysis. •Prepare clear concise reports •Ability to work well as part of a team •Good written and verbal communication
