My client, an established housing association based in the South East, is looking for a Service Development Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract salary is negotiable.
Key responsibilities are: Provide support to Service Development staff Review the Associations CI planning process, integrate and drive forward changes resulting from the inspection process leading to service improvement Lead and drive forward customer service improvement through analysis of feedback Integrate all mechanisms for obtaining customer perception and feedback as a means of developing a Customer Management Protocol' Examine and implement robust arrangements for benchmarking customer service delivery Review customer service standards introducing SMART targets and mechanism for monitoring, review and report back to customers and the business
