Eden Brown require a Service Manager for a key client at the Middle Wallop military site in Hampshire (SO20 8DY) The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day core services, financial, operational and service delivery within cluster, including supply chain and delivery team performance.
Technical Competencies: The ideal candidate will exhibit the following essential technical competencies for the role:
·HNC or equivalent (M&E or BC&E), or ideally minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
·IT literate in MS Word and Excel
·3 years' project management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain
·Proven track record of CDM in the role of either a Principal Contractor or Planning Supervisor
·Mobile to travel between sites
