Our client is a National Training Provider looking to recruit a Skills For Life Tutor to be based on site. The ideal candidate will have some ESOL experience but it is not an essential
Key Responsibilities:-
·Interview learners to assess their ability and potential against current programmes/services offered by the Centre.
·Identify and secure suitable employer placements and ensure they meet the company's health and safety standards.
·Assess learner skills and identify needs and support required, in order to produce an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) which is agreed with and understood by the learner. Support learners to progress against their ILP.
The salary is £16, 544 - 17, 629k.
