We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor for a Housing Association in Nottingham. We need somebody who can work independently surveying a range of domestic garages across the borough.
Many of the garages owned by the association have fallen into disrepair and this project will be looking at the refurbishment or possible demolition of the stock, following this stock condition exercise.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Stock Condition Surveys, will be able to work on their own initiative and will be comfortable in a customer facing role.
