My client is looking for a permanent Stock Condition Surveyor based in South London to deliver the planned programmes of major repairs, improvements and refurbishment and contributing to the effective delivery of the property management service under the supervision of the Stock Asset Manager.
You will also ensure equalities is integrated into all aspects of service delivery, reviewing and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure they reflect the Association's equalities and diversity policy and action plan.
Salary £36,129 and rises to £38,443 after passing 6 months probation
