Support Officer is required for an initial one month contact to work within our clients Young Person Service.
As a support officer you will:
Take an active interest in setting high standards of customer care and ensuring that customer levels are maintained and improved upon
Break down problems into small parts and identify cause and effect
Be able to prioritise and schedule multiple tasks and appointments
Be able to work as part of a team, showing commitment to team goals and values
Be able to adapt style or content of approach to meet the need of the situation or person involved
You will have experience in working with young people (16-25), hold a current enhanced CRB check and be a car driver.
