A Support Worker position has arisen within a specialist hospital based in Kings Norton, Birmingham. This is a 28 bedded unit for adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, moderate to severe Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health issues. This is a full time permanent position, working a 40 hour per week contract.
All Support Worker candidates must have previous experience supporting adults with Autism and Challenging Behaviour. NVQ levels 2 or 3 are preferred but not essential as full training is given.
