A Supported Housing Officer is required by our client in Bristol
This role is a full time role, working Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. The post is potentially a temp to perm post.
Your role will involve providing support to vulnerable adults with regards to their housing. This will include advising on benefits, budgeting and to assist residents to live responsibly whilst at the supported housing projects and to develop their life skills in preparation for moving on to independent living.
It will also be your role to effectively contribute to the management of arrears and void levels in both the general and supported housing services related to this post.
In order to do this it is essential that you have experience of supporting vulnerable adults in a Supported Housing setting, and that you have previous experience of housing management.
It is essential that you have an enhanced CRB dated within the last 12 months for this role.
