A Supported Housing Officer is required by our client based in central Bristol.
The role is to support the residents of a homeless project, and includes support services to assist and prepare residents to live as independently as possible, with housing management tasks such as rent arrears and the management of void levels.
To apply you should have experience of supported housing, including knowledge of welfare benefits, and of working with the homeless client group. You should also have knowledge of rent arrears, and ideally have access to a vehicle.
The role pays a salary of £19516, and is working 35 hours per week, including occasional evenings and Saturday mornings. Parking is available on site.
