The Client is urgently seeking candidates who are:

* CRB checked.
* Have an NVQ Health and Social Care qualification Level 3 or equivalent, or willingnesss to work towards.
* Hvae at least 6 months experience of working in a care setting, ideally with older people.
*To be able to lead, support and develop Care Assistants leading by example and promoting good practice.
* Ensuring the delievery of a sensitive and effcient care service to residents, which enhances their quality of life.
