Trust Fundraiser – leading Learning Disabilities charity – City of London - £27,500 + benefits
As Trust Fundraiser for this leading learning disabilities charity you will assist the Head of Grants Fundraising in identifying and developing new income streams. You will write and prepare applications for funding to an agreed portfolio of grant giving bodies.
You will develop and maintain a good working relationship between the charity and grant giving bodies and manage the grants awarded from the grant giving bodies.
You will meet significant long term and annual income targets and prepare reports and updates for the grant giving bodies.
This position offers an exciting opportunity as the postholder will research and develop new income streams from US Trusts, New Venture Philanthropy, Social Enterprise and European funding.
You will have experience of UK Trusts and Foundations and have applied for and successfully obtained income from these sources. A well-motivated and target-orientated individual with an excellent attention to detail, you will have the ability to research from a range of sources and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
