Our client are a well know Housing Association in North West London managing over 10,000 properties. They have an URGENT requirement for a Voids and Lettings Officer for an ongoing temporary assignment, with a possibility of going temp to perm.
As a Voids and Lettings Officer you will be required to carry out void inspections, interviews, viewings and sign ups to ensure empty properties are let with minimum delay. You will manage void properties in the North West London area. A car driver is essential.
