Complaint If we receive a complaint from a job seeker about an advertisement of yours on the Web site that they believe discriminates against them we will investigate it. If the complaint is upheld we will remove the offending advert. If we find that you have intentionally posted a discriminating advert we will remove your profile from the Web site. However, if the offending advert was posted in error we will allow you to amend and re-advertise your information. If we receive a complaint from a job seeker who believes they have suffered discrimination resulting from a job application to a vacancy of yours on the Web site we will advise them to contact you in writing in the first instance.
