We oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination, particularly on the grounds of gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status, race or cultural origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or ex-offender status.

All the Recruitment Agencies who advertise on this site are signed up to the Pledge.
Jobs on Public Jobs Direct If you see an advertisement on the Web site that you believe discriminates against you, please click here to contact us with details.
We will investigate your complaint and if upheld we will remove the offending advert. If we find that the recruiter has intentionally posted a discriminating advert we will remove the recruiter’s advert and profile from the Web site. However, if the offending advert was posted in error we will allow the recruiter to amend and re-advertise their information. We will advise you of either outcome. If you believe you have suffered discrimination resulting from your application to a job vacancy on the Web site we advise that in the first instance you should put your complaint in writing to the recruiter. If you do not receive a satisfactory written reply within 28 days you should contact the appropriate Government Commission below;
