 
cv-link is a new business established by Matt Linley and Tracy Duggan, who between them have over 30 years recruitment and business consultancy experience. Our aim is to offer a simpler and more transparent approach to recruitment. We provide a bespoke shortlisting service on behalf of our clients against specific recruitment projects. Our approach and process is simple, once we receive your application we will tell you immediately if you match the initial screening criteria. If successful we will contact you to arrange a detailed telephone interview, following which you will be informed if you have succeeded in making the final shortlist. At this point we put you in direct contact with the recruiting organisation and allow them to conduct their own assessment and interviewing, after all they are better placed than any recruiter to decide who the right candidate is. Both our clients and our candidates tell us they prefer our unique methods and welcome the opportunity to have direct contact at an earlier stage in the recruitment process.
