We urgently require a maintenance surveyor to work for a reputable housing association in the East Midlands. The position is based in Nottingham.
We require a passionate, self-motivated and energetic individual who is happy to work independently and as part of a team. The Ideal candidate will have a good knowledge and experience dealing with day-to-day repairs and voids surveying.
The duties include managing the day-to-day repairs, site improvements, liaising with the property services manager and managing contractors on site.
Strong communication skills are essential as is the ability to multitask and manage a challenging workload.
An ONC or HNC qualification is desirable but not essential if you have equivalent experience.
