Our East London based client is looking for a planning officer (technical) to work in its Environmental department.
Manage administrative functions associated with individual teams or divisions within the Directorate in order to facilitate the efficient and effective running of the relevant services
Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems to support the work of individual teams and divisions. Assist and where appropriate be responsible for organising important and complex events such as conferences, workshops or meetings that require substantial administrative support.
Provide routine advice to trainees and supervision in accordance with the scheme handbook and administrative procedures.
Organise, support and record business meetings, such as taking notes or minutes at team meetings, briefing meeting, etc.
Update and maintain appropriate records and documentation for management information, such as basic data collection and financial information where appropriate.
