To assist the Site Services Manager in delivering the facility management services by providing cleaning security and administration support to the centre.

Provide an internal cleaning service to the RCCs
Assist with administration tasks and provide support to the team as needed.
Be responsible for the pest control minor churn waste management and porterage aspects of the contracted services.
Provide relief for security and CCTV operation once trained.

Provide security escort duties where required.
Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Respect and contribute to the RCC and company values
Provide cover during periods of leave and sickness.
Undertake any other duties as directed by line management and as part of the service team.

Responsibilities

Competent in all aspects of cleaning.
Have excellent communication skills at all levels verbal and written.
Previous administration experience.
Have the ability to work to strict deadlines

Experience with mail procedures in a small organisation
Able to demonstrate the ability to monitor supply chain performance for waste management and pest control
Fulfil a customer service ethos x0096 helpful cooperative firm but friendly approach to customers

Be self motivated with previous experience of working as both part of a team and individually to complete tasks.
Physically capable of manual work.
Ability to prioritise work schedules.
