-To provide proactive and timely solutions to areas of concern and improvement for each Care Centre and ensure actions are completed in their entirety.

Support workers needed

My client is looking for mental health support workers to work in their secure hospital.

The hospital houses services users that have been detained under the mental health act and have various degrees of mental health problems. This is a demanding and very challenging role however very rewarding.

You will need to have some form of care background preferably in mental health however other experience within care will be considered and training provided. You will need to be of a strong character and be happy to work in a challenging environment as well as be willing to cover a variety of shift patterns.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to make a career in the mental health field. Many staff who start as support workers with this client do go on to do their nursing or other clinical careers.
