This has created a new position working alongside a number of key business areas across the corporate functions. <br><br>We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team.<br><br>The role will allow you the opportunity to on a wide range of HR subjects.  You will assist a team focussed on one sector of our business corporate functions care  support or communities.  Your role will be to provide support to the Head of HR and HR advisors helping with administrative tasks and ensuring that HR records for the organisation are kept accurate and up to date.  You will also play a part in the new starter process for the business.<br> <br>You will report in to the Head of HR Operations for your designated area of the business supporting them on the delivery of corporate strategy managing requests from stakeholders and assisting with casework when applicable ensuring adherence to best practice at all times.<br><br>Who we are looking for<br><br>An ambitious person who is keen to develop their HR career is key.
